Booking & Services

• Bookings made through DoggyDo are subject to groomer availability in your selected city.
• You are responsible for providing accurate pet details (breed, temperament, health conditions) to ensure safe and appropriate grooming.
• Cancellations and rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation charges, as outlined in our Refund Policy.
• Groomers listed on DoggyDo are independent professionals or partner businesses; DoggyDo facilitates the booking but does not employ groomers directly.

Pet Safety & Disclaimer

• DoggyDo verifies groomers through background checks and certification reviews, but cannot guarantee the outcome of every grooming session.
• Pet owners are responsible for disclosing any aggressive behavior, allergies, or medical conditions affecting their pet prior to the appointment.
• DoggyDo is not liable for pre-existing health conditions or behavioral issues that may be revealed or aggravated during a grooming session.

Payment & Pricing

• Service prices are displayed at the time of booking and may vary based on pet size, breed, and selected add-ons.
• Payments can be made via UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or cash on service, depending on availability in your area.
• Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to specific terms and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

User Conduct

• Users must treat groomers and partners with respect; abusive or inappropriate behavior may result in account suspension.
• Reviews and ratings submitted must reflect genuine experiences and must not contain false, defamatory, or offensive content.
